Website from their device, the user agrees to familiarize themselves with these
Terms of Use and comply with them.
I. Definitions
1. "Personal Data
Administrator" – A natural or legal person, public authority, agency,
or other entity that alone or jointly determines the purposes and means of
processing personal data. In this case, it is "DASYS ENGINEERING" Ltd.
2. "IP

Internet network.

territorially restricted and can be accessed by users both within the Republic
of Bulgaria and from locations outside its borders.
III. Purpose of the
Website

Liability of "DASYS ENGINEERING" Ltd.

responsible for any losses and/or damages resulting from technical issues
related to the use of the Website, materials downloaded from the Website, or
user-generated content.
3. The Company is not
liable if the User is unable to access the Website due to issues beyond the
Website's control, including software, hardware, internet connection problems,
or force majeure circumstances.
4. The Company
reserves the right to make systematic interventions in the Website's
functionality and to suspend access to it.
VI. Modification of
the Terms of Use
The Company has the
right to unilaterally modify these Terms of Use at any time and without prior
notice. The modified Terms of Use will be published on the Website. All changes
to these Terms apply prospectively. Continuing to use the Website after the modifications
confirms the User’s acceptance of the changes, which legally bind the User. If
a User disagrees with the Terms of Use, they should discontinue using the

VII. Dispute
Resolution
Any disputes arising
from or related to the performance or non-performance of these Terms shall be
resolved by negotiation and mutual goodwill of both parties. If a resolution
cannot be reached, the parties agree to settle the dispute before the competent
Bulgarian court, determined in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction under
the applicable law of the Republic of Bulgaria.
In the case of a private law dispute with an international element, the court competent to resolve the dispute shall be determined according to the rules of private international law. The applicable law shall be that of the Republic of Bulgaria. If the dispute involves an international private law element, the applicable law shall be determined in accordance with private international law rules.
