To return the product, you must send it back to us at the address we provide.

  •  The refund will be made by bank transfer within 15 working days. In order to receive your refund, you must provide a valid bank account.

  • Subject to stock availability in Bulgaria - Delivery time is from 1 (one) to 3 (three) working days depending on the location.
  • If the product is not available in stock in Bulgaria - the delivery time is after further confirmation by email.

    You have 7 calendar days to collect your parcel from the courier's office. If this time is not met additional charges will apply.

      Before your ordered product is shipped, it is thoroughly tested and examined by our specialists. After which, the ordered product is handed over in excellent commercial condition to a courier for delivery to you. Each order is insured. Please thoroughly inspect all ordered products for damage before accepting the order from the courier.

      If there is any damage caused in transit, please contact the courier company delivering the parcel to you.

            ATTENTION!!! Any order placed in Dasys.bg online store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of courier delivery to the customer under the following conditions and steps:
