Gear boxes

In the "Gearboxes" category we offer industrial gearboxes and gearmotors for reliable power transmission in production lines, conveyor systems, and automated equipment. We carry a wide range of constructive designs - from classic worm gearboxes to coaxial, planetary, and combined solutions - to meet the requirements of different applications in terms of gear ratio, load, and mounting space.

Main gearbox types

Gearmotors
A ready-made combination of electric motor and gearbox in a single unit, for direct installation without additional alignment
Worm gearboxes
A compact solution with a high gear ratio and self-locking effect, suitable for lifting and positioning mechanisms
Pre-stage gearboxes
An additional reduction stage, mounted before the main gearbox, to achieve a higher overall gear ratio
Coaxial
The output shaft sits on the same axis as the input shaft - convenient for in-line installation with the driven mechanism
Bevel-helical
A combination of bevel and helical gears - output shaft at an angle to the input shaft, with high efficiency
Parallel shaft
The output shaft is parallel to the input shaft - suitable for compact installation in limited spaces
Planetary
High precision and load capacity in a small footprint - preferred for dynamic, precision applications
Right-angle
Transmit torque at an angle (typically 90°) between the input and output shaft
Combined
Combine two reduction stages in a single unit to achieve a very high gear ratio in a compact size

How to choose the right gearbox?

Choosing a gearbox depends on several key technical parameters of your application. Getting them right ensures reliable, long-lasting operation of the entire system.

Gear ratio

Determines the relationship between input and output speed - depends on the driving motor's speed and the required operating speed.

Input power

The gearbox must match the power of the driving electric motor in order to operate within its safe working range.

Output torque

The maximum torque the gearbox needs to deliver to the driven mechanism, without being overloaded.

Design configuration

Coaxial, parallel-shaft, right-angle, or combined design — based on the position of the input and output shafts relative to available space.

Output shaft

Diameter and design (solid or hollow) of the output shaft, matched to the connection with the driven mechanism.

Duty cycle and load

Operating duration, switching frequency, and load type (uniform, shock) determine the required service factor.

Tip: for the most accurate gearbox selection, send us the power and speed of the driving electric motor, along with the required output torque and operating speed of your application - we will recommend a gearbox with a matching gear ratio and mounting configuration.

What data is needed when ordering a gearbox?

If you're looking for a gearbox for a new machine or to replace an existing one, the easiest way to get the right model is to send us the key technical data. The more information you provide, the more precisely we can recommend a suitable solution. It helps to have the following information ready:

Photo of the nameplate

Contains the main technical characteristics of the gearbox, if you already have one to replace.

Gear ratio

The relationship between input and output speed required for your application.

Input power (kW)

The power of the electric motor that will drive the gearbox.

Required output torque

The torque that needs to be delivered to the driven mechanism.

Mounting type

Preferred design configuration — coaxial, parallel-shaft, right-angle, etc., based on available space.

Output shaft dimensions

Diameter, length, and design (solid or hollow shaft) of the output shaft.

Tip: if you're not sure about any of the parameters, send us a photo of the nameplate and a few photos of the machine. In most cases that's enough for us to determine the right gearbox.
